Challenge

Carrington Mortgage Services provides home financing solutions. They were looking for new marketing material for one of their business lines, Carrington Title Services, to promote a special offer. The goal was to come up with a fresh look that was different than previous material, yet within a cohesive brand that looked like it belonged to the same family. 

Solution

I designed a one-sheet, landing page, and email template using angled lines suggestive of home roofs, with a geometric background texture for added dimension and layering. The outcome was a cohesive look aligned with brand communication goals.
