Challenge

Experian is a global information services organization, headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. As a large global corporation, it was difficult for Costa Mesa based employees to find information regarding benefits and company products. It was also challenging to verbally describe company benefits at recruiting events and confusing to direct people to different sources. 

Solution

This packet showcases how all information can be nicely organized in one bundle for easy reference. Particularly, the consumer education cards were both a benefit to employees and education events for the public. The information was burned on CDs for many years and handed out at events. I broke away from the outdated status quo in this card concept, using an unconventional shape to and a QR code with website details to get all information in one place. This solution not only consolidated marketing materials to one easy reference card, it also saved thousands of dollars in production costs associated with the CD. The bundle also includes a benefits brochure as well as cards for a kudos program that encouraged employees to recognize each other’s efforts.
