Challenge

In a world amidst a global pandemic, it was a challenge to do day-to-day projects, let alone conferences that are typically most inspiring in person. The women’s visibility conference was held virtually, and NeoGenomics participated by showcasing how the company empowers women.

Solution

There are many visuals which can showcase women empowerment. However, in the business world, one challenge for women is reflecting an executive presence. This concept really resonated with our team who wanted to tell the story of how women working at Neo can develop themselves and their careers. Two other concepts were explored (Dreams, and Insightful Vision) as well as a rendition of a virtual booth.
